Policies

Order of application will be considered when booking specific hotel requests, so you are encouraged to apply by or before the deadline.  There is an additional charge of €200 per room for late bookings.

Musical Passages does NOT provide transportation to or from the country and place of the music festival and other Italian cities.  However, every effort is made to provide information to participants to help them make their own travel arrangements.  Travel insurance is strongly advised.

All fees are paid in Euros.  Please see the Application Form for direct bank transfer details.

Cancellation charges are based on how long before the trip Arrival Date the cancellation is made.  Musical Passages must receive all cancellation notices in writing either by email (which will be acknowledged), or at the mailing address listed.  Direct telephone communication is also appreciated when feasible.

If you must cancel before the Application Deadline or if we cannot accept you because all places are previously reserved, you will receive a 100% refund.  If you cancel after the Application Deadline but before the Final Payment Due Date, the cancellation cost is €200 per person.

After Final Payment Due Date, the cancellation cost is:
May 2 – June 14 40%
June 15 to July 31 50%
August 1 – September 10 75%
No Show 100%
